• Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

4. Receive Your Order Confirmation

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your uploaded design attached.
• If you don’t see your file in the email, please contact us immediately.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our default shipping method to offer our customers the best shopping experience. The tracked courier service is charged, however, if your order value is over £30, your will get free UK delivery (it applies automatically after you input the discount code).

Although we can dispatch your order very quickly (1-2 business days), it could take 2 weeks, sometimes even longer to reach your country.

We always hope you’ll be happy with an order from us, however we completely understand if you change your mind. As long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

While returning the item to us, please use a tracked service and keep any receipts in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Once we received the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement asap
