2. Review Your Upload

Double-check that the uploaded file is correct.

Your file should be visible during checkout.

3. Add to Cart & Checkout

Once your file is uploaded, click the "Add to Cart" button.

Proceed to checkout and complete your purchase.

4. Receive Your Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your uploaded design attached.

If you don’t see your file in the email, please contact us immediately.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our default shipping method to offer our customers the best shopping experience. The tracked courier service is charged, however, if your order value is over £30, your will get free UK delivery (it applies automatically after you input the discount code).

Although we can dispatch your order very quickly (1-2 business days), it could take 2 weeks, sometimes even longer to reach your country.

We always hope you’ll be happy with your order, but we completely understand if something isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: Custom-made products are non-returnable unless we are at fault. If there is an issue with your custom order, please inform us within 4 days of receiving it so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

When returning an item, please use a tracked service and keep any receipts in case the item is lost or damaged in transit. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault.
